Abstract:
Purpose：We took rutin for instance to study extraction and separation methods of flavonoids , master manufacturing principle and operation of quercetin and the sugar and aglycon part of identification methods.According to distribution coefficients of rhamnose and glucose on the silica gel plate was different ,we used this to separate them .According to the physical and chemical properties of rutin and quercetin ,we checked identification of rutin and quercetin.
Method : using the method of alkaline extraction-acid precipitation crude extraction of rutin from Sophora to get the rude product .
Using acid hydrolysis method :We used acid hydrolysis of quercetin of rutin and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) for identification.
Conclusion: There were quercetin ,glucose and rhamnose after hydrolysis of rutin . |
