| 摘 要：目的 以芦丁为实例学习黄酮类成分的提取与分离方法,掌握槲皮素的制备原理及操作,甙元和糖部分的鉴定方法。根据鼠李糖和葡萄糖在硅胶板上的分配系数不同达到分离的目的,根据芦丁和槲皮素的理化性质来检识芦丁和槲皮素。方法 利用碱提取-酸沉淀法从槐花米中提取芦丁粗品,采用酸水解法,将芦丁加酸水解制得槲皮素,并用薄层色谱（TLC）进行鉴别。结论 芦丁水解后的产物有槲皮素、鼠李糖和葡萄糖。 |

Abstract: Purpose：We took rutin for instance to study extraction and separation methods of flavonoids , master manufacturing principle and operation of quercetin and the sugar and aglycon part of identification methods.According to distribution coefficients of rhamnose and glucose on the silica gel plate was different ,we used this to separate them .According to the physical and chemical properties of rutin and quercetin ,we checked identification of rutin and quercetin. Method : using the method of alkaline extraction-acid precipitation crude extraction of rutin from Sophora to get the rude product . Using acid hydrolysis method :We used acid hydrolysis of quercetin of rutin and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) for identification. Conclusion: There were quercetin ,glucose and rhamnose after hydrolysis of rutin . |
