Abstract: 2, 3, 5 - trichloropyridine is a kind of important intermediates of pesticides, it commonly used in the development of various herbicides.3, 5 - dichloro - 2 - arylpyridine compound is one kind of them.In this paper ,we used 2, 3, 5 - trichloro pyridine and aryl boric acid as raw materials, synthesized a number of uncommon 3, 5 - dichloro - 2 - aryl pyridine compounds by Suzuki coupling reactio in aqueous catalyzed by palladium.This process produces less the three wastes, under mild conditions and have a high yield.we characterized raw materials and target product by 1H NMR and mass spectrometry , and determined the structure of target product .
