摘要：2,3,5-三氯吡啶是一种重要的农药中间体，常用于研制各种除草剂。3,5-二氯-2-芳基吡啶类化合物便是其中的一种。本文以2,3,5-三氯吡啶和芳基硼酸为原料，在钯催化下的水相中利用Suzuki偶联反应合成多个不常见的3,5-二氯-2-芳基吡啶类化合物。此工艺产生的三废少，条件温和，产率较高。通过核磁共振氢谱和气相质谱对原料以及目标产物进行表征，确定目标产物的结构式。 关键词：2,3,5-三氯吡啶；芳基硼酸；Suzuki偶联反应；合成；钯催化；3,5-二氯-2-芳基吡啶类化合物； 求翻译。 |

Abstract: 2, 3, 5 - trichloropyridine is a kind of important intermediates of pesticides, it commonly used in the development of various herbicides.3, 5 - dichloro - 2 - arylpyridine compound is one kind of them.In this paper ,we used 2, 3, 5 - trichloro pyridine and aryl boric acid as raw materials, synthesized a number of uncommon 3, 5 - dichloro - 2 - aryl pyridine compounds by Suzuki coupling reactio in aqueous catalyzed by palladium.This process produces less the three wastes, under mild conditions and have a high yield.we characterized raw materials and target product by 1H NMR and mass spectrometry , and determined the structure of target product .
