You need something to cheer you up. My suggestion is to focus on something you are interested in or just have some fun. Hanging out with friends is a good choice cause when you are not alone, you don't think of too much trouble. Wish you happy everyday! |

I think you are in the depressed stage. There are always several days that we are not so well，maybe lonely，upset ，or helpless. Chatting with parents or close friends must do help. After a storm comes a calm，so everything will be OK. Best wishes. |
