You need something to cheer you up.
My suggestion is to focus on something you are interested in or just have some fun.
Hanging out with friends is a good choice cause when you are not alone, you don't think of too much trouble.

There are always several days that we are not so well，maybe lonely，upset ，or helpless. Chatting with parents or close friends must do help.
