| Generally speaking, the first author is a doctor or master student. My age is relatively older in the lab, so they often discuss detail experiments and ideas with me. I would like to do so as well. The team spirit in lab is very important. In addition, I often provide samples, others make some relative measurements. |

| Most of the first authors are doctoral or postgraduate students,they aways talk something about specific experiments and ideas since in the lab I am the age of a little longer. Certainly ，I am also very happy to have this mutual exchange with them because of the fact that laboratory needs this spirit of unity and cooperation. others situation involves that I provides the experimental samples and help them to do some correlation test. |
