The hydroisomerization activities of Pt/ZSM-22, Pt/ZSM-23, and Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalysts were evaluated on the high-pressure microreactor device with n-dodecane as a model compound. It is indicated that , for the three catalysts, the convertion ratio, yield of cracking products and multi-branched isomers all increased with the increase of reaction temperature, while the yield of i-dodecane and mono-branched isomers increased and then decreased with the increase of reaction temperature, and that Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst showed better hydroisomerization selectivity for long chain n-alkanes than Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalysts, and the main products were mono-branched isomers. Hydroisomerization activity, selectivity and stability of Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst were then investigated on 200ml hydrogenation evaluation device with the paraffinic 200SN ketone-benzol dewaxing oil, 650SN furfural refined oil , hydrocracking tail oil, foots oil, cerate and naphthenic VGO as starting materials. It is indicated from the 2500 hours evaluation results that the Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst showed preferable catalytic performances, including high activity, high hydroisomerization selectivity and good adaptability to starting materials, and that base oils with low pour points and high viscosity index or even ultrahigh viscosity index can be obtained from various wax starting materials with the Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst.
