On the high-pressure microreactor device, n-dodecane as a model compound, the hydroisomerization activity evaluation of Pt/ZSM-22, Pt/ZSM-23, and Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst was carried on, the results indicated that , for the three catalysts, the convertion ratio, yield of cracking products and multi-branched isomers all increased with the increase of reaction temperature,but the yield of i-dodecane and mono-branched isomers first increased and then decreased, compared with Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalysts, Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst showed better hydroisomerization selectivity for long chain n-alkanes, products distribution was mainly mono-branched isomers. Hydroisomerization activity,selectivity and stability of Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst were investigated using the paraffinic 200SN ketone-benzol dewaxing oil, 650SN furfural refined oil , hydrocracking tail oil, foots oil, cerate and  naphthenic VGO as feedstocks. The 2500 hours evaluation results indicated that Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst showed super catalytic performances, including high activity, high hydroisomerization selectivity and broad adaptability to feedstocks. We could obtain low-freezing base oils with high viscosity index or ultrahigh viscosity index in high yield with various wax feedstocks.
