Measured solubility of sodium 4-nitrobenzenesulphonate in aqueous solutions of sodium chloride, sodium sulfate and ethanol are presented in Tables 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The corresponding solubility curves are shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3. Because the polarity of drug is closer to the first, the solubility of sodium 4-nitrobenzenesulphonate in water is higher than that in sodium chloride, sodium sulfate or ethanol aqueous solutions. Figures 1 to 3 further illustrate that the solubility of sodium 4-nitrobenzenesulphonate in sodium chloride + water is lower than that in ethanol + water solvent mixtures or sodium sulfate + water mixture at the same conditions. Sodium chloride + water mixture is the best solvent mixture for purifying sodium 4-nitrobenzenesulphonate. 对硝基苯磺酸钠在氯化钠、硫酸钠和乙醇水溶液中的溶解度测定值分别见表1、表2和表3。相应的溶解度曲线如图1、图2和图3所示。由于药物的极性与氯化钠相近，对硝基苯磺酸钠在水中的溶解度高于在氯化钠、硫酸钠或乙醇的水溶液的数值。 图1-3进一步表明，相同条件下对硝基苯磺酸钠在氯化钠水溶液中的溶解度低于乙醇水溶液或硫酸钠水溶液。氯化钠和水的混合物为纯化对硝基苯磺酸钠的最佳溶剂混合物。 采用修正Apelblat方程，对温度和对硝基苯磺酸钠溶解度之间的关系进行了关联。 |
