| We evaluate the similarity of the test data with traditional chromatographic fingerprint Chinese medicine system 2004A (State Pharmacopoeia Commission).Firstly we import the test data into software . After the peak is selected , we set match templates, matching peak automatic . At last ,we set the standard template to evaluate the peak difference and the total similarity . |

| The data were first imported into the "similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM" software(version 2004A).After peak-picking，template-matching process，the peaks in the spectra were matched automatically.The standard template was set finally for spectra peak difference and entire similarity evaluation |
