Each page should have adequate margins and liberal spaces at top and bottom of the manuscript.All textual elements should begin flush left ,with no paragraph indents,and should use the wrap-around end-of-line feature,i.e. no
returns at the end of each line.Place two returns after every element such as title,headings,paragraphs,figure and table call-out.Most formatting codes will be removed or replaced on processing your article.Please do not use options such as automatic word breaking,justified layout,double columns or automatic paragraph numbering.中 liberal spaces ， liberal spaces ，flush left ，wrap-around end-of-line feature，call-out怎么翻译？

the inside back cover of each issue.每本出版物的封底内页
liberal spaces 和 adequate margins 意思差不多.指的就是页面留的空白.前一个是上下后一个是左右侧的.
flush left 左对齐
wrap-around end-of-line feature 行尾抱合的,就是每行是自然结束的不是用回车换行的

这里的的return是回车的意思.

call-out应该是插入、加入的意思

flush left 左对齐
wrap around end-of-line  行尾自动转到下一行，即不用回车
call out 出现，也就是有标题、图表出现时，打两个回车键
