IEEE TAP不收算法相关的论文了吗？还是我的写的太垃圾了？？不顺啊。。。

Dear Dr.XXXX, Thank you for the above submission to the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation. Unfortunately, the paper is not suitable for publication in this Transactions as the subject matter is outside the journal’s field-of-interest (please refer to topic list on the Transactions web site) and consequently will be of limited interest to readers of the journal. In particular, IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation has regularly published papers on the topic of array signal processing and direction of arrival estimation. However, the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing has also published on this topic for many years. At the current time, most readers looking for papers on signal processing algorithms look in the Transactions on Signal Processing, and the reviewers and editorial board for these Transactions are best suited to a proper evaluation of such material. As a result, in order for the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation to consider papers in this topical area, the paper must devote some attention to practical issues relating to real antennas or propagation. Examples of such issues include the impact of array mutual coupling, practical radiation patterns, antenna bandwidth, or realistic electromagnetic propagation on the performance. Unfortunately, our assessment of this manuscript shows that this paper is mainly focused on signal processing algorithms. As a result, it is better suited to the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing. I well know the work that goes into the preparation of a manuscript, and I inform you of this rejection with personal regret.
