以上实验结果表明,本文自制的较大共轭结构的BCDO化合物,分子平面性好,能够嵌插到DNA得碱基对之间,从而引起紫外光谱法生减色效应;当BCDO与鸟苷G之间发生了电子转移,导致无辐射能量转移,所以引起荧光光谱的猝灭,而且由于羰基的吸电子效应使得BCDO的碳原子具有一定的正电性而与DNA中的阴离子磷酸骨架发生静电作用,所以BCDO与DNA是以部分嵌插和静电两种方式作用的。本方法测定DNA体系稳定,结果满意,线性范围为0~6.0mg•L-1,检出限为1.03mg•L-1。

The results of above experiments show that the homemade BCDO compound with a larger conjugate structure, has good molecular planarity, and can be inserted into DNA base, thereby causing hyperchromic effect and hypochromic effect of ultraviolet spectroscopy. When the electronic transfer occurs between BCDO and vernine G, it causes energy transfer with no radiation, thereby causing the quenching of fluorescence spectrum. Because of the electrophilic effect of carbonyl, the carbon atom of BCDO has a certain positive electricity, and has electrostatic effect with anionic phosphoric acid skeleton of DNA, so that BCDO and DNA react by embeding pratly and static electricity. The method has the advantages of stable system for determining DNA, and satisfactory results. The linear range is 0 ~ 6.0 mg • L-1, and the detection limit is 1.03 mg • L-1.
