| When the pH value of the reaction of methyl cinnamic aldehyde and three protein fibers was 8, Schiff base （C=N）1610cm-1 stretching-vibrated from strongly to weakly in the first 2h and after that disappeared, detected by characteristic infrared spectrum. When the pH value was 7, the characteristic peaks of Schiff base were not found during the reaction process. It is concluded that the optimum reaction conditions of methyl cinnamic aldehyde and three protein fibers are as follows: pH=8,T=30℃,t=120min |
