对甲基肉桂醛与三种蛋白质纤维的反应在pH=8时,在前2h的红外特征谱检测到席夫碱(C=N)1610cm-1由强到弱的伸缩振动,2h后基本消失了;反应在pH=7时,反应过程中基本没有检测到席夫碱的特征峰。依此得出对甲基肉桂醛与三种蛋白质纤维反应的最佳条件为:pH=8,T=30℃,t=120min

When the pH value of the reaction of methyl cinnamic aldehyde and three protein fibers was 8, Schiff base (C=N)1610cm-1 stretching-vibrated from strongly to weakly in the first 2h and after that disappeared, detected by characteristic infrared spectrum. When the pH value was 7, the characteristic peaks of Schiff base were not found during the reaction process. It is concluded that the optimum reaction conditions of methyl cinnamic aldehyde and three protein fibers are as follows: pH=8,T=30℃,t=120min
