各位虫友，本人3月31日在Energy & Fuels 投稿，但过了近两星期（4月12）编辑才直接给拒稿信（信内容如下），不知大家以前是否碰到这种情况

In my judgment, your submission is not sufficiently compelling for publication in Energy & Fuels and we will not be able to consider it further. We receive many more manuscripts than our restricted page budget allows us to accept. Consequently, we must make decisions based on likely scientific impact and interest to our readership.
