We evaluate energy consumption of two wastewater treatment plants among three typical plants in Hohhot by setting up an energy consumption evaluation system of wastewater treatment plant with AHP. If result meets the actual factors, it means the system can show the energy consumption condition of Hohhot exactly in a certain extent. Contract the data estimated among three wastewater treatment plants with the actual research can we find out that the higher the energy consumption costs, the more carbon emissions per unit the plants produce. Therefore, the only way of achieving both energy saving and emission reduction is a combination of carbon emission and energy consumption. |
