| 选取呼和浩特地区具有代表性的三座污水厂做为研究对象，应用层次分析法建立城市污水厂能耗评价体系，运用该体系对其中二座污水厂进行能耗评价，评价结果同实际调查情况相吻合，说明所建立的能耗评价体系能够较为准确的判断出呼和浩特地区污水厂的能耗状况。对调研三座污水厂进行碳排放概算，将概算数据与实际调查的能耗情况相对比，发现污水厂的能耗水平越高，单位碳排放量也越大。说明污水厂的碳排放研究要与能耗相结合，才能实现节能减排双赢局面。 |

| We evaluate energy consumption of two wastewater treatment plants among three typical plants in Hohhot by setting up an energy consumption evaluation system of wastewater treatment plant with AHP. If result meets the actual factors, it means the system can show the energy consumption condition of Hohhot exactly in a certain extent. Contract the data estimated among three wastewater treatment plants with the actual research can we find out that the higher the energy consumption costs, the more carbon emissions per unit the plants produce. Therefore, the only way of achieving both energy saving and emission reduction is a combination of carbon emission and energy consumption. |
