It covers the principles, technologies, methods and applications of nanotechnology in the development of Biosensors. After taking the lecture, you are expected to have Understanding Fundamentals of electrochemistry, nanotechnology, biological recognition mechanism and their application in bioelectronics. Knowledge Electron transfer in solutions and solid surfaces. Principals of biosensors. Biofunctionalization and surface modification. The applications of Nanotechnology in Bioelectronics.
