It has been reported how to construct pyrazoline cyclic compound in many literatures, but the traditional method has many disadvantages, such as various step, expensive used catalyst, and low yield. The multi-component one-pot has always been a hot research topic in the chemical research field. The paper synthetizes 4, 5- pyrazoline derivatives from hydrazine, alkene, and aldehyde by one-pan. The used catalyst is Cu (OTf) 2. The method passes through continuous Mannich/cyclization/oxidation process, and has no need for separating intermediates, which can prepare 1-3, 5-tris 4,5- pyrazoline. Tri-fluoro methyl sulfonic acid copper is used as single catalyst, simultaneity catalyzing three reaction processes. It has the advantages of mild reaction condition, simple operation, low price of raw material, and wide scope of application for substrate. It is an effecient method for constructing pyrazoline. |
