| 如何构建二氢吡唑环化合物已有许多文献报道,但传统的方法存在许多缺点如:步骤繁多,所用的催化剂昂贵,产率不高等。多组分一锅法一直是化学研究领域的热门研究课题,本文以肼、烯和醛三组分通过一锅法合成4,5-二氢吡唑衍生物,所用到的催化剂为Cu(OTf)2, 该方法经连续的Mannich/环化/氧化过程,中间体无需分离,一锅法即可得1,3,5-三取代4,5-二氢吡唑。三氟甲基磺酸铜作为单一的催化剂,同时催化了三个反应过程。反应条件温和,操作简单,所需原料廉价易得,底物适用范围广,是一种高效构建二氢吡唑环的方法。 |

| There are many papers about how to construct dihydro-pyrazole ring compound. But triditional methods have a lot of disadvantages such as complex procedures, expensive reagents, low productivity, ect. Multi-component one-pot method is always hot research topic. This work employed this method to synthesize 4,5 - dihydro-pyrazole derivatives using hydrazine, allyl and aldehyde component as subtrate. The catalyst used was Cu(OTf)2. This method went through the continuous process of Mannich/cyclization/oxidation, thus obtained 1,3,5 - trisubstituted 4,5 - dihydro-pyrazole via one-pot method with no need of intermediates separation. Trifluoromethyl sulfonic acid copper catalyzed three reaction processes as a single catalyst. This method is highly efficent in constructing dihydro-pyrazole ring due to its advantages including mild reaction conditions, simple operation, required raw materials cheap and easily available, and wide range of substrates. |

| It has been reported how to construct pyrazoline cyclic compound in many literatures, but the traditional method has many disadvantages, such as various step, expensive used catalyst, and low yield. The multi-component one-pot has always been a hot research topic in the chemical research field. The paper synthetizes 4, 5- pyrazoline derivatives from hydrazine, alkene, and aldehyde by one-pan. The used catalyst is Cu (OTf) 2. The method passes through continuous Mannich/cyclization/oxidation process, and has no need for separating intermediates, which can prepare 1-3, 5-tris 4,5- pyrazoline. Tri-fluoro methyl sulfonic acid copper is used as single catalyst, simultaneity catalyzing three reaction processes. It has the advantages of mild reaction condition, simple operation, low price of raw material, and wide scope of application for substrate. It is an effecient method for constructing pyrazoline. |

It is still a challenge for us to find a better approach to solve that problem!The one-pot method of Multi-component is a very attractive hot research field! In this paper, we employed this method to synthesize 4,5 - dihydro-pyrazole derivatives using hydrazine, allyl and aldehyde component as subtrate. The catalyst used was Cu(OTf)2. This method underwent a continuous process of Mannich/cyclization/oxidation, thus obtained 1,3,5 - trisubstituted 4,5 - dihydro-pyrazole via one-pot method with no need of intermediates separation. Trifluoromethyl sulfonic acid copper catalyzed three reaction processes as a single catalyst. .The mild reaction conditions, simple operation, the required raw materials, cheap and easy to get, the substrate applicable to a wide range, is an efficient build dihydro-pyrazole ring. ![]() |
