求助高人，一个审稿人给了这样的意见，应该怎么回复啊，说我试验采用单一方法：
The authors propose, in the present manuscript, to study the effect of the variables which interferes in the degradation of acidic pharmaceutical by UV/H2O2, but for it is used univariate methodology, studying each variable separately. It is well known that it is not the better way to carry out this kind of proposition, once as in a multivariate environment not only the main effect of the variables should be considered, but also their interactions, and in this way the authors should consider to use multivariate experimental design methodologies to evaluate the effect of the variables, obtaining more statistically significant results.

可以这么来回答问题，单因素实验可以用来讨论该因素的优劣影响，而多因素实验是做最优值选取的。
我个人认为在已经完成的产业化工艺里面多因素实验时必须的；中试小试可以考虑做一做，但不是必须的，因为其参考 ...
