这个拒稿意见之后，是不是我就算修改和补充数据，仍然不要啊？？？ 已有5人参与

Dear Mr. ***, Upon inspection of your submission I noticed that your contribution is rather short. I counted about 2300 words including abstract. This is rather a short communication than a full scientific paper with in depth discussion of the results. Results and discussion of the electrochemical aspects cover two manuscript pages only. Papers reporting experimental data without adequate interpretation are not acceptable and papers are expected to contain mechanistic analysis relevant to electrochemistry. ISE recommends that Preliminary Notes (which are no longer published by Electrochimica Acta) should be sent to Electrochemistry Communications (Editor-in-Chief RG Compton, Oxford University, Physical and Theoretical Chemistry Laboratory, South Parks Road, Oxford OX1 3QZ, England, www.elsevier.com/locate/elecom. This is not an evaluation of the quality of the paper, but a matter of relevance and of publication policy. I regret to inform you that we cannot admit the manuscript into the formal peer review process, please see the comments below.
