请前辈帮忙,翻译下? 木聚糖(Xylan) 是除纤维素之外自然界中最为丰富的多糖,也是自然界中最丰富的可再生资源之一。木聚糖酶(Xylanase)作为木聚糖降解酶系中最关键的酶,可以将丰富的木质纤维性材料转化为单细胞蛋白(SCP)、乙醇、气体燃料、溶剂等有用物质等,它在食品、造纸等工业中还得到广泛的应用,故十分具有发展潜力。文章重点介绍了木聚糖酶的种类、作用机理及其在工业中应用的研究进展。 |

| Xylan is the most abundant polysaccharides except cellulose and is also one of the most abundant renewable resources . As the key enzyme in xylan degrading enzymes , Xylanase can transform woodiness into single cell protein (SCP), ethanol ,gas fuel ,solvent and other material and so on . besides ,it is widely used in food and papermaking industry , so it has great potential. this paper mainly introduces the types of xylanase, mechanism and application in industry . |

Xylan is the most aboudant polysaccharide cellulose not included and is also one of the most abundant regenerated resources in the natural world. As the key enzyme in the xylan degradation system xylanase which could converse wood fiber materials into SCP, ethanol, gas fuel and solvent and other useful materials. Also xylanase is used widely in the food, papermaking industry so its development potential is extremly huge.
