| 近年来,航空工业领域各种型号的铸件向着薄壁化、复杂化、精密化、轻量化、整体化的方向发展,铸件质量要求越来越高,特别是随着国家“十一五”规划和国家重大科技专项的实施,航空航天、国防工业等领域的新型武器装备不断投入预研和型号试制工作。针对某种网架结构零件采用传统的制造工艺和技术不仅很难满足该零件的质量、精度和性能要求,而且试制周期长,成本高,难以整体加工成形,本文将石膏型精密铸造技术与SLS选区激光烧结技术相结合,辅之以ProCAST模拟软件的工艺参数优化作用,为复杂薄壁的网架结构件的石膏型精铸成型打下良好的基础。 |
