“If health is No.1,without it ,all the zeros following it counts for nothing."I see this sentence from CCTV news.I think it is reasonable. We can see many sick people or sub-healthy people around us.I think many people aren't healthy because of bad habits in their daily life.For example,when one always sits in the sofa before a computer for a long time,one will be easy to get cervical spondylosis. I have acknowledged some methods to be health. I often walk faster for a few minutes per day to enhance my legs' muscles.The scientific research has confirmed that one becomes old beginning from his legs.Then I consider doing exercise frequently is also important for my health,so now I do about 20 push-ups every day.I think I can do more,but the most difficulty to me is persistence.Another approach to be health is having meals with rich nutritions,especially we should have breakfast when we wake up in the morning,it is good for your stomach.
