目前使用的大多数漆雾凝聚剂效果不理想，不是凝聚性差就是沉渣太多、后处理成本太高。因此研制克服涂料“过喷”带来的管道堵塞和难于清理等问题，且成本低的漆雾凝聚剂已成为当前油漆污水处理行业的重要研究课题。
The effect of most currently-used painting-fog agglomerants cannot be ideal. Some have bad cohesiveness, some produce a large amount painting sediments, or have higher post-treatment cost. Therefore, it has been a key project in the industry of painting wastewater treatment to research and overcome the problems such tube jam and difficult to dispose that brought by "over" painting.
