With the development of modern coating process ,the spraying dosage increases , much of them can not be coated to coating workpiece and become "a spray coating”。 At present, the water curtain shade type treatment were widely used in wet paint indoor capture a spray paint, in order to improve the efficiency, reduce capture mist mist in equipment and convenient adhesion to salvage lacquer residue, often in circulation water with mist coagulants. Current use of most mist is not ideal , because they have bad condensation or have so much precipatate which adding up the processing cost .so it has become an important research subject to develop a cheap mist that can overcome coating "jet" 、 pipe congestion and difficulty to clean up. |

随着现代涂装工艺的发展，喷涂用量日益增加，通常会有很多不能涂覆到涂装工件上而成为“过喷”涂料。目前，水幕帘式处理方式被广泛的应用在湿式喷漆室内捕集过喷油漆，为了提高漆雾捕获效率、减少漆雾粘附在设备上和方便打捞漆渣，常在循环水中加入漆雾凝聚剂。 With the development of modern painting technologies, the painting amount is ever-increased. Normally much become "over" paintings for they can not be painted on the work pieces. Nowadays, a water curtain method has been adopted widely to collect the "over" paintings indoor for wet painting. In order to enhance the painting-fog collection efficiency, reduce the amount of painting fog that adhering to facilities, and salvage painting sediments, a painting-fog agglomerant is generally added into the circular water. |

目前使用的大多数漆雾凝聚剂效果不理想，不是凝聚性差就是沉渣太多、后处理成本太高。因此研制克服涂料“过喷”带来的管道堵塞和难于清理等问题，且成本低的漆雾凝聚剂已成为当前油漆污水处理行业的重要研究课题。 The effect of most currently-used painting-fog agglomerants cannot be ideal. Some have bad cohesiveness, some produce a large amount painting sediments, or have higher post-treatment cost. Therefore, it has been a key project in the industry of painting wastewater treatment to research and overcome the problems such tube jam and difficult to dispose that brought by "over" painting. |
