电生理实验翻（BMC里的）

Young Wistar rats (age 11–17 days) were decapitated under ether anaesthesia; brains were rapidly removed, placed in oxygen-ated ice-cold artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF; composition inmM: NaCl 124; KCl 3.0; NaH2PO4 1.2; MgSO4 1.2; CaCl2 2.0; NaH-CO3 26; D -glucose 10, pH 7.3) and cut into 300 lm slices with a vibratome. One slice containing the hippocampus was then transferred to the recording chamber of a patch-clamp set-up, continually perfused with oxygenated ACSF and viewed under an infrared differential interference contrast microscope (Leica DMLFS). CA1 pyramidal neurons were visually identified by their location and by their typical shape and dimension. [ 来自科研家族 木虫有机 ] |
