The screening of lipase producing bacterias, identification of the strains, optimization of fermentation conditions and catalyzation of lipase in organic phase are sdudied in this paper.
In this study HPLC analysing method for vitamin C palmitate is established. We screened lipase producing strains from those preserved in the laboratory and got two strains that can produce lipase. They are  genetic engineering bacteria C. antarctica ZJB09193 and wild bacteria A113 of which the former could catalyze efficiently esterification to produce vitamin C palmitate. Through morphology, physiology and biochemistry experiments, 18srDNA and phylogenesis analysis A113 was identified as Yarrowia lipolytica.
