[求助] 帮忙翻译一段药动学分析

Pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated from the plasma concentration-time data with non-compartment analysis. Terminal elimination rate constant (Ke) was determined by linear regression of the terminal portion of the plasma concentration-time data, and the elimination half-life (t1/2) was calculated as 0.693/ Ke. The values of area under the plasma concentration-time curve from zero to thelast plasma drug concentration (AUC0-t) were calculated by the trapezoidal rule. Extrapolation to time infinity (AUC0-∞)was calculated as AUC0-t+ Ct/Ke, where Ct is the last measurable plasma concentration. Values of maximal plasma concentration (Cmax) and time to maximal concentration (Tmax) were obtained directly from the plasma concentration-time curve. The total body clearance (Cl) was calculated as dose/ AUC∞. The apparent volume of distribution (Vd) was calculated as Cl/Ke.
