ICWREE 2011 没戏了 已有2人参与

发件人：w.hagen<w.hagen@ieee.org> 抄送人：w.hagen@ieee.org;confpubs@ieee.org; Dear ***, I am writing in response to a matter concerning your paper entitled ***** ***** ***** **** *** ,which had been presented at and included in the proceedings of 2011 IEEE International Conference on Waste Recycling Ecology and Environment (ICWREE) In particular, I would like to confirm for you that the copyright to your paper that you had previously transferred to IEEE is now considered null and void. In other words, we no longer consider the copyright to your paper to be owned by IEEE. This, in effect, returns the full rights of ownership to your work back to you, which means you are free to resubmit your paper to another conference or publication. I hope you will feel free to let me know if you should have any questions related to this matter.
