本文将气相二氧化硅分散到水中，再与低温处理过的硫酸溶液混合，制备二氧化硅含量不同的胶体电解液，并对其物理化学性质进行测定分析。 SiO2含量达到4%时，电解液才可以形成稳定的凝胶，SiO2含量小于4%时，电解液易水化分层；SiO2含量大于6%时，凝胶难切稀、触变性差。电解液中加入和氧化硅，内阻变大，放电电流减小，但在阴极极化下可以抑制析氢。电极动力学角度分析解释了胶体电解液对铅电极电化学性能的影响，发现随着气相二氧化硅的增加，电极双电层电容和交换电流密度都减小。 本论文适当减小装配压力，用所制胶体电解液制造电动车模拟电池，发现SiO2含量在6%以下时可以顺利灌胶，而SiO2含量大于6%时灌胶难度增大。通过对模拟电池初期容量、低温容量、容量保持能力、PSOC下工作适应性、深放电循环寿命等性能测定，认为用SiO2含量为4%的胶体电解液制造电动车电池是较理想的选择。 通过对失效电池分析，发现胶体电解液可以抑制酸分层；正极活性物质在充放电过程中α-PbO2向β-PbO2转变，影响电池寿命最后总结了影响电动车电池寿命的因素，并分析了本实验中电池失效模式。 |

The electrode kinetic point of view to explain the gel electrolyte lead electrode electrochemical performance of the electrode double layer capacitance and exchange current density decreases with the increase of the fumed silica This thesis is appropriate to reduce the mounting pressure , increase the difficulty of filling plastic with gel electrolyte system manufacturing simulation of electric vehicle battery , found that the SiO2 content below 6% can be smoothly Glue , the SiO2 content is greater than 6% . Early analog battery capacity , low temperature capacity , capacity retention ability , work adaptability , deep - discharge cycle life performance under the PSOC determination that the manufacture of electric vehicle batteries with SiO2 content of 4% gel electrolyte is an ideal choice .
