本文将气相二氧化硅分散到水中,再与低温处理过的硫酸溶液混合,制备二氧化硅含量不同的胶体电解液,并对其物理化学性质进行测定分析。 SiO2含量达到4%时,电解液才可以形成稳定的凝胶,SiO2含量小于4%时,电解液易水化分层;SiO2含量大于6%时,凝胶难切稀、触变性差。电解液中加入和氧化硅,内阻变大,放电电流减小,但在阴极极化下可以抑制析氢。电极动力学角度分析解释了胶体电解液对铅电极电化学性能的影响,发现随着气相二氧化硅的增加,电极双电层电容和交换电流密度都减小。
本论文适当减小装配压力,用所制胶体电解液制造电动车模拟电池,发现SiO2含量在6%以下时可以顺利灌胶,而SiO2含量大于6%时灌胶难度增大。通过对模拟电池初期容量、低温容量、容量保持能力、PSOC下工作适应性、深放电循环寿命等性能测定,认为用SiO2含量为4%的胶体电解液制造电动车电池是较理想的选择。
通过对失效电池分析,发现胶体电解液可以抑制酸分层;正极活性物质在充放电过程中α-PbO2向β-PbO2转变,影响电池寿命最后总结了影响电动车电池寿命的因素,并分析了本实验中电池失效模式。
