源包下载:http://gepard.bioinformatik.uni- ... e-brownian-dynamics Mac OS X 10.7.3 (11D50b) Kernel version: Darwin 11.3.0 (64 bit) Xcode 4.1 (4B110) MacPorts-2.0.4-10.7-Lion (1) $ sudo port install gsl-devel (2) Since mac port installs in /opt/local, some symbolic links are required to let ‘brownmove’ code find the headers and libraries. We thus need to add the followings: # for the headers folder: $ cd /usr/include $ sudo ln -s /opt/local/include/gsl . # for the libraries files $ cd /usr/local/lib $ sudo ln -s /opt/local/lib/libgsl* . (3) $ tar zxvf brownmove-1.2-2011.04.11.tgz (4) $ cd brownmove_1.2/ (5) $ make |
