We thus need to add the followings: # for the headers folder: $ cd /usr/include $ sudo ln -s /opt/local/include/gsl . # for the libraries files $ cd /usr/local/lib $ sudo ln -s /opt/local/lib/libgsl* . (3) $ tar zxvf brownmove-1.2-2011.04.11.tgz (4) $ cd brownmove_1.2/ (5) $ make |
