题目：比色法测定龙血竭总黄酮含量方法探讨 Study on the Content Determination of Sanguis Draconis flavones by colorimetric method 文摘 本文对龙血竭总黄酮的比色测定方法进行探讨。利用龙血竭总黄酮可与各种不同的显色试剂作用并产生颜色的特性，比较显色后的吸收曲线变化差异。结果表明总黄酮测定常用的三氯化铝或亚硝酸钠、硝酸铝与氢氧化钠比色法并不适合血竭总黄酮的测定。 This paper discusses the colorimetric determination of Sanguis Draconis flavones. Comparison on the difference of absorption curve using the characteristics that Sanguis Draconis flavones can produce color with various chromogenic reagents. The results showed that the common AlCl3，NaNO2 - Al (NO3) 3 - NaOH Colorimetries for determination of total flavonoids were not suitable for Sanguis Draconis flavones. |
