投communication被拒，让投全文？ 已有3人参与

才收到的拒稿信，悲催 Thank you for your submission to Journal of Materials Chemistry. I regret to inform you, however, that the manuscript will not be considered further as a submission to the journal. A great many more papers are submitted to Journal of Materials Chemistry than we can possibly publish and on that basis an initial selection of papers is made on the grounds of general interest and suitability for the journal. I am sorry to say that on this occasion your communication will undergo no further processing because it is not of sufficient urgency or novelty to warrant publication in this form. However, we maybe wiling to consider a revised full paper version of this work in the future providing that you compare the materials and their properties with existing state-of-the-art compounds. If you are able to show that your materials are an improvement over the state-of-the-art, then we may be willing to consider a revised version of your manuscript as a new submission at a later date.
