[交流] Go running

It was a long time that raining there. After black clouds, clear weather.
At ten last night, I went to go running on the playground near the lab building. To my mind, the best way to keep fit is to go running. Insist to exercise!

Yeah，doing exercise is the best way to loose weight. It is not always healthy to get on diet.
