It takes some of us a long time to recover from a broken heart. The first person you fall in love with is often not the right person, but is usually the most difficult to recover from. 对一些人来说，从失恋阴影中走出来需要相当一段时间。你第一个爱上的人常常是不适合你的人，但通常是最让你难以从失恋中走出来的人。 I understand how when the failure of love happen to us, our entire impression of the love can change. For this reason I think it is most important that you keep your positive outlook. 我完全理解当失恋发身在我们身上时我们对爱的认识会发生改变。所以我想最重要的是要保持积极乐观的态度。 Take some comfort in the thought that thousands of people are in the same boat with you every day, and you will live through it and you will be a better person for having done so. 要自我安慰一下，告诉自己每天有很多人和你同病相怜，同时相信自己会挺过去的，相信你会因为经历了这段感情而更加成熟。 Forget about the past and set some new dreams for the future. The best way to recover from a broken heart is to get busy. 要学会忘掉过去，重塑梦想。从失恋中走出来的最好办法就是让自己忙碌起来。 Work hard, get involved in as many things as possible and try to make some new friends. You are still young and you have plenty of time to meet the right person. 这个时候要努力工作，多去参与一些事情，同时要多交一些新朋友。你还年轻，有足够的时间碰到合适的人。 Don't give up hope; just put your energy into achieving the other things you want from life. The person whose heart gets broken in a romance is usually the one who bounces back the best, and in most cases is the one who will do something successful in the other areas of life. 不要放弃希望，多花精力去实现自己真正想要的目标。失恋的人最容易卷土重来，在大多数情况下会在其它方面取得成功。 You will benefit from this experience in the end. 你最终会从失恋经历中获益。 [ 来自科研家族 梦里的棉花糖 ] |
