I was unable to go through the official channels to have a letter prepared. 这句话看不懂。请各位大虾帮忙翻译一下。 前因后果： 我要对方给一个邀请函，但是他坚持要我写一个Proposal，我写了之后，又问了几个问题（关于个人研究，如我目前有无项目，做什么研究之类，与Proposal无关），我做了回复。对方的回信中有这样一句。不太懂。请大家帮个忙，谢谢！ |
