Recently chalcopyrite compounds  have received much
attention because of their potential applications in the field of
light-emitting diodes , non-linear optic , and photovoltaic
sensitive material in solar cells . In spite of their wide technological
applications the thermodynamical and optical properties of
these semiconductors has still not been sufficiently investigated.
The knowledge of thermal expansion behaviour of this semiconductor
is essential for analyzing the growth conditions of bulk single
crystals of sufficient size and optical quality from the melt
and also for the understanding of the temperature dependence of
the electronic, optical, electrical and many physico-chemical properties
as well as for determining the temperature dependence of
optical birefringence as may be necessary in tuning of non-linear
optical laser devices .

最近铜矿化合物受到高度关注,因为它在发光二极管、非线性光学材料、太阳能电池光敏材料领域的潜在应用价值。尽管这些半导体材料有广泛的技术应用,但是它的热力学和光学性质却未被充分研究。这种半导体的热膨胀行为方面的知识对分析足够尺寸的大量单一晶体的增长条件和溶解体的光学质量有很重要的作用,同样对与理解电子、光学、电学和物理化学性质的温度依赖性有很重要的作用,以及在调整非线性激光设备的控制光学双折射的温度依赖方面很有必要。你参考一下。
