Different signals such as sine waveform, step waveform and exponential waveform are available. Its frequency and phase can be adjusted precisely through the front panel. For studying the characteristic of USM, the controlling system of ultrasonic motor is established. The experiment of speed control of USM is carried out whose input signals are generated by the signal generator. It shows that the signal generator is convenient and effective through experiments.
