With the increasement of E-bike, how to protect it from stolen has been become a common concerned social issue, which need to be solved urgently. Though many mathods and protetion products were invented, the issue is still kept incompletely solved status. There are many problems need to be solved for traditional alarm system, such as short effective distance, noisy sound from warner, mis-alarming of the system. A new E-bike alarm system is studied, by which the position and status of the E-bike can be monitored by use of one's mobile phone. A sensor is installed on a E-bike. When a certain signal is received, the sensor can trigger DV to shot by sending the signal to wifi, and then email the picture to a designated email address, and send a short message including the report of the email and GPS coordinate to the mible phone. The position and status of the e-bike can be known real-timely.
