| 随着电动车数量不断增多，电动车被盗已成为当今普遍关注和急需解决的社会问题。目前各种电动车防盗方法和产品层出不穷，但是，电动车防盗问题依旧没有完全解决。传统的报警系统存在很多问题，如作用距离短、报警器产生的噪声污染环境、误报现象经常发生。本文研究一种新型的电动车防盗器，每个人都可以利用随身携带的手机，来实时监控自己电动车的位置和电动车的动态。在电动车上装有感应器，当感应器接收到信号，就将感应信号发送到wifi,wifi启动DV拍摄和3G通信，可以将照片发送到指定邮箱，并发送短信（包括图片发送情况和GPS坐标）到指定手机，这样就可以实时知道电动车的位置和电动车的动态。 |

With the increasement of E-bike, how to protect it from stolen has been become a common concerned social issue, which need to be solved urgently. Though many mathods and protetion products were invented, the issue is still kept incompletely solved status. There are many problems need to be solved for traditional alarm system, such as short effective distance, noisy sound from warner, mis-alarming of the system. A new E-bike alarm system is studied, by which the position and status of the E-bike can be monitored by use of one's mobile phone. A sensor is installed on a E-bike. When a certain signal is received, the sensor can trigger DV to shot by sending the signal to wifi, and then email the picture to a designated email address, and send a short message including the report of the email and GPS coordinate to the mible phone.
