通过自行研制聚合物溶液共混体系的热力学非平衡开放系实验装置,开发热力学非平衡开放系的构筑和精密调控技术,利用热力学的非平衡现象,使聚合物共混溶液体系远离平衡状态,通过调控与系外的能量和物质交换,实现系内熵产生引发耗散,从而自发派生物质移动打破原有的混沌无序平衡向有序转化,自组织形成有序的梯度和阶跃型阶层相分离结构。

Through thermodynamic non-equilibrium open system experimental apparatus of self-developed polymer solution blending system, establishment and precision control technology of thermodynamic non-equilibrium open system was developed. Based on thermodynamic non-equilibrium phenomena, the polymer blending solution system is allowed to be away from equilibrium status. Through controlling external energy and material exchange, internal-entropy-induced dissipation is realized, thus spontaneously derived substance movement breaks the original disorderly chaos balance to form orderly status. Through self-organization, orderly gradient and step type class phase separation structure are produced.
