[求助] 中翻英一段摘要,

脂氧酶(LOX)为活性中心含铁的金属酶。本文将以大豆LOX为模板,研究外源金属离子对LOX活性中心的影响及其对酶活的调控,验证和完善我们提出的外源金属离子与LOX活性中心离子存在离子交换的假说,研究LOX催化过程中的电子传递/离子交换机制。利用Irving-Williams序列实现一些外源过度金属离子与LOX中铁的交换,研究其它金属离子对LOX的活性或酶促反应的影响;采用自制新型指示剂结合光谱技术在一定范围内定性定量地研究LOX活性的重构对其结构、活性及催化动力学的影响;实现对LOX的金属修饰并调控其催化动力学。本文是金属酶化工的研究和应用中亟需解决的共性问题,是对酶化工、天然酶修饰及金属离子生物效应等的应用基础研究;对了解原生态金属酶活性中心金属离子的作用机制、内外源金属离子间的相互作用及其活性调控具有普遍理论意义,也可为研究其它酶促反应中金属离子的作用机制提供方法上的参考。

Effect of enzyme (LOX) is enzyme active site iron metal. The LOX of soybean being a template, we research on exogenous effects of metal ions on the activity of LOX Center and its regulation of enzyme activity, validation and improvement of metal ion and exogenous LOX activity of our center of ion-ion exchange hypothesis study on catalytic process of electron transfer in LOX/ion exchange mechanism. This is metal enzyme chemical of research and application in the needed solution of common problem, is on enzyme chemical, and natural enzyme modified and the metal ion bio-effect, of application foundation research; for understanding original ecological metal enzyme activity center metal ion of role mechanism, and inside and outside source metal ion between of mutual role and activity regulation has general theory significance, also can for research other enzyme promoting reaction in the metal ion of role mechanism provides method Shang of reference.

LOL is a metalloenzyme with Fe in its active site. In this article, We have investigated the effects of exogenetic metal ions on the active site and activities of LOL from soybean.The results validated and improved our hypothesis that there are exchanges between exogenetic metal ions and ions in LOL active site.(或者是The results validated and improved our hypothesis that exogenetic metal ions can exchange with ions in LOL active site.)
