Shoulder ache and career, what is your opinion?

Recently, my left shoulder is aching again. It ached in 2010, but at that time, the ache is more serious. And, I did not feel well in my neck at the left side. I am a teacher, sitting in front of the computer screen at most time every day. I know that shoulder ache or neck ache also happened to some of my colleagues. Is is because we sit and stare at the screen too long every day? What is your opinion about shoulder and neck ache? Do you have any good advice on how to alleviate such symptoms? epecailly by sports. Let's share experience here. |
