材料制备方法是不是一般学化学的都可以做到?

我想问下下面的材料制备方法是不是一般学化学的都可以做到?我现在着急配材料,但又耐于实验室设备不全,请问哪位同学可以提供一个做这种材料的地方,或者帮忙做下,我们会有感谢费的喔 Ni(II) ferrite (NF) of the Ni/Fe mole ratio 0.15 was used throughout the experiment. It was synthesized by air-oxidizing Fe(II)/Ni(II) mixed hydroxide suspension for 6h at pH 9 and at 65°C according to the previous reports [5-8]. The procedure was briefly described as follows.Requisite quantities of FeSO4"7H20 (312g) and NiSO4-6H20 (44.2g) were dissolved in oxygen- and CO2-free distilled water (4 dm 3) prepared by passing N2 gas through them for a few hours. The pH of the solution was adjusted to 9-11 by adding 13 mol dm 3 NaOH solution to form hydroxide suspension. The formed mixed precipitate was oxidized by air/N2 mixed gas bubbling for 6h at 65 °C while kept at the same pH by adding 2 tool dm 3 NaOH solution using an autotitrator. The product was collected by decantation, washed with distilled water and acetone, successively, and then heated to remove adsorbed water and acetone in N2 gas stream at 300°C for 3h.
